Avenue Park Villa provides an ideal luxury holiday home for up to 7 people, plus room for a child’s travel cot if required

A large fully equipped kitchen diner and a beautiful lounge with large smart 4K TV and soundbar system

The kitchen has a dishwasher, washing machine, large fridge freezer, double oven and microwave. Linen is provided and included in the price

Three large bedrooms, two are king size doubles, the other can be one super king plus one single or three singles

All bedrooms have en-suite shower rooms plus TV/DVD.

There is also a family bathroom complete with bath

With a sunny garden at the front and views over Chelston it’s ideal for outside eating using the garden furniture and BBQ provided

The beach and sea front, along with restaurants and bars, are only a few minutes walk away and are accessed through the delightful and historic Torre Abbey gardens situated next to us

Free on-site and on road parking is available
