Booking Arrangements

At time of booking we require a minimum of the value of one nights stay per room as a deposit, or 20% of total booking for longer stays (5+ days), both of which are non refundable. The balance of the booking is due on arrival by card or cash. Credit card payments have a 2% charge. Debit cards are free. We are able to take cheques if no other option is available but all cheques for deposits and balances must be cleared before a booking deposit is valid and in the case of balance the cheque must be sent and cleared through our bank before arrival.

Please state an estimated time of arrival to assist us with meet and greet, along with any special dietary requirements or other important information to help us cater for you.

Check in and Check Out

Rooms are normally available by 2pm, sometimes earlier by arrangement, or an early drop off of bags and key collection can be organised with us if helpful. Bags can be left until departure for those travelling by public transport.

We are only able to accept check in up until 21.00hrs latest each day, unless by prior notice and agreement. Any unauthorised arrival after this time will not be accepted but payment will be due as for a "no show".

Check out is no later than 10.30am on the day of departure, any overstays will be charged at the rate of another night room charge.

Cancellation Policy
All deposits are non-refundable (excepting where we cannot provide accommodation due to a problem beyond our control), and while every endeavour will be made to re-let the accommodation, in the event of a cancellation or a curtailment, Avenue Park reserves the right to charge the total value of the booking if cancelled or amended within 48hrs of the arrival date. 50% of balance due within 7 days of arrival date and 25% within 14days. Cancellations or amendments outside 14 days incur no charges to balances due..No shows will be charged in full. No reduction whatsoever is made for fewer guests staying, temporary absence, meals not taken or for departure earlier than booked.

We strongly recommend you take out holiday insurance cover in case of unforseen circumstances affecting your booking.
