Our Superior, Double and Twin rooms are available for single occupancy when required at a special rate, and our family rooms can provide for a mix of guests with varied numbers of children and/or adult requirements. We do not accept group bookings for adults On-line but are able to discuss and consider group requirements to see if we can accommodate them.

We offer our guests a delicious breakfast cooked fresh to order using locally sourced high quality ingredients :-
Handmade sausages from our local butcher, thick sliced bacon, fresh eggs and a selection varied each day to accompany it - hash brown, fried bread, black pudding, tomatoes or beans and mushrooms.
Our delicious vegetarian options provide for those who do not eat meat and our lighter options, such as poached, scrambled or boiled eggs with toast are very popular too. Special dietary needs can be catered for by prior arrangement.
Avenue Park Guest House Dining Room
We serve fresh fruit, yoghurts and a selection of cereals and muesli along with muffins, and other goodies as available.
Plenty of toast and preserves, honey and marmite along with orange juice and fresh brewed coffee and teas.
All served in our bright fresh dining room overlooking the park between 8.30am and 9.15am - or earlier by arrangement.
