"The Villa has been converted from a B&B to a very well specced three bedroom house. The kitchen diner is fully equipped with everything including a chilled wine rack. Living room is well furnished and comfortable with TV and music streaming services, which were a real bonus. Highly recommended."
"We had a great week in Torquay, location is only a few minutes walk to the front, all rooms were, clean, spacious and well laid out. Kitchen and dining table are excellent and we enjoyed breakfast and any evening meals we had in-house. Kitchen is well equipped with everything you need and lounge the same. TV network and Wi-fi were excellent. Sandra was a great hostess and there if needed, but also left us to it when not required. Will be looking to stay here again if/when we re-visit the South coast"

"Avenue Park is one of the most beautiful places I have ever stayed.
Amenities were perfect for our needs.
Very comfortable and spacious with plush and thoughtful decor.
Close to beach, short drive to supermarket.
Thoroughly enjoyed sitting with my morning coffee at the little table in the lounge watching the world go by.
Kids found a rope swing in the trees in the field across the road and enjoyed some perfect childhood moments! (While I was watching from the window enjoying a coffee in the warmth!)

"Excellent apartment, light and spacious in top condition with everything you need to have a fantastic vacation. If you need or missing something Sandra (the owner) always will try to solve it for you. She had even orderly a pet bed and bowls for our dog when we arrived to the apartment. We´ll visit again!"
